Multimedia projectors are also known as LCD projectors or DLP projectors.   Projectors are designed to be used with desktop/notebook computers and video sources such as DVD players, video recorders, video cameras.  The computer or video image is projected onto a large screen so that many people can see a computer presentation or movie at the same time.  Wireless radio mice and keyboards are just one of a range of projector accessories, such as spare lamps, lenses, flight cases, mounts and trolleys.   Projector screens are available for virtually every application and need. Projector lamp is supplied fitted with a new projector,  which for the average projector lasts around 2,000 hours.  For business use, using a projector 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, the lamp should last over a year. Projector lamps or projector bulbs as they are also referred to, should always be allowed to cool down before switching off the projector as this helps to prolong the life of the lamp.  For a comparison chart of projector lamps, please click here.
